Baby Girl Imogen with her Big Brothers.
Imogen was a lovely baby to photograph (as they all are of course!) and was just great throughout the session even with a quick break while the midwife came in to check her weight!
I was rather looking forward to this session as I knew Mummy, Anna had done a bump casting while she was pregnant so we had a very special prop to pose Imogen in! I love how it has turned out and what a lovely special thing to keep. This is something I have thought about offering as part of our Bump 2 Baby journey, is this something you would be interested in? If so please let me know so I can look further into it!
I have included a wee before and after in this blog… Little Imogen had a lot of dry skin due to arriving a tad overdue. This is very common and something I contend with a lot. I always advise my parents not to use oils or lotions prior to the session on dry skin as these wee flaky bits are so much easier to remove that having to deal with shiny skin! I generally don’t mind leaving a wee bit of flakiness around the hands and feet in my images as thats how they were at the time, however in this case, she does have rather a lot so I cleaned it up with photo shop magic, amazing what we can do these days isn’t it?
I also got to use my amazing wee seat in this session! Ive had it a little while now but I’ve tended to use it more for toddlers so far but thats definitely changing! Look how cute and regal she looks! Perfect timing with the recent Royal Wedding! How amazing did Meghan Markle look?! And I do have a wee soft spot for Prince Harry!
Anyways back to Imogen… She was amazing, as were her big brothers who just played like wee angels until they were needed for the sibling shots 🙂
Until next time..
